Registration Information
Registration is now open for the 34th Annual Academic Sessions 2026 of the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka, to be held from 25th to 27th September 2026. Delegates are kindly requested to review the following information carefully before proceeding with registration.

Online Payment Security and Data Privacy
- Registration will be considered complete only after payment has been successfully made through the registration portal.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the Registration Team has manually verified the payment through Bank of Ceylon (BOC) IPG.
- Online payments can be made using Visa and Mastercard.
- All online transactions are processed through the Bank of Ceylon IPG, which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protection and supports Mastercard Secure Code.
- Payment details are encrypted using the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment authorization and settlement.
- The College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka does not collect, or store credit card information submitted during the online payment process.
- Personal information collected through the registration system will be used solely for purposes related to the 34th Annual Academic Sessions 2026.
- The Organizer will not disclose personal data to third parties, except where required for the legitimate administration of the Congress or by applicable law.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A written cancellation request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the Congress Secretariat by email.
- For cancellations received between 10th September and 18th September 2026, applicable administrative and bank charges will be deducted from the registration fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- All eligible refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the Congress.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 18th September 2026 or for non-attendance at the Congress.
Important Notes
- International trainees are required to submit a confirmation letter from the Head of Department or Head of Hospital confirming their trainee status. The confirmation letter should be emailed to info@cosl.lk. This requirement is intended to prevent misuse of the special trainee registration rate by participants belonging to other categories.
- Please ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
- Submission of false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of the registration by the College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka. Any refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.
